The Rodian Capitol is the tallest building in Equator City on Rodia. This building hosts the court, the Council of Justice, and the offices of the Grand Protector Vreegon. Under Teezyk, a secret turbolift was installed which led down from the Grand Protector's office into a secured docking bay with an armored speeder, or further down to a bunker where he can sustain bombardment, as well as observe and coordinate military engagements.
