The Harkhandi (in the tongue of the Salkeyri, "Scythe-Wielders" are a defensive network of Salkeyrn operatives who have trained in military arts and have been sent out into the Galaxy at large in order to ensure the survival of their culture in the even of Irrson's destuction. The organization was founded in 19 BBY, during the Clone Wars, after the destruction of Thallassa, a world known to the Salkeyri.
